Starting or Stopping Service
If you are the owner of a rental unit, you have option to open the water account in your name or place the account in the tenant’s name as a courtesy.  As the homeowner, you may request to receive a duplicate copy of your tenants bills.

If you use a property management company to manage your rental, you can authorize the property manager to transfer the account in your absence. 

The homeowner is responsible for any unpaid charges regardless of the name on the account.  

Stop Service
Please fill out one of the attached forms and send it into the office.  You can email it (customerservice@fruitlandwater.com), mail it, or drop it off in our office or in our drop box out front.

In order to cancel your account and/or start a new account, we need the corresponding forms filled out and returned.
