Attention Property Owners!

Beginning April 1, 2025 Fruitland Water is no longer allowing renters to start new accounts in their name. The accounts will remain in the property owner's name at all times. Tenants can pay on the accounts but they will not be receiving any invoices. Any current tenant on an account can stay on the account until they move out. Any future tenants will not be able to start a new account in their name.

If you have a property management company that pays bills on your behalf, please contact us to make sure we have their information. 

Please make sure we have your current contact information on file to ensure bills are paid.

***IN EVERY SITUATION, THE PROPERTY OWNER IS THE SOLE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PAST DUE BALANCES.  IF A TENANT MOVES OUT AND LEAVES A BALANCE, THE BALANCE WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE OWNER FOR PAYMENT***
